Q: When is the Fiesta?

A: The Fiesta de Artes will be on August 12-13, 2017, with new hours:

Saturday August 12, 10:00am – 7:00pm with music going until 9:00pm
Sunday, August 13,  10:00 – 5:00pm

Q: How do I get to the Fiesta?

A: The Fiesta de Artes this year will be held in historic downtown Los Gatos, starting at the Los Gatos Town Plaza at S Santa Cruz Ave and W Main Street, and extends down N Santa Cruz Avenue until Bachman. We highly encourage you to avoid the traffic and ride your bike or walk along the Los Gatos Creek Trail.

Q: Where can I park?

Q: How much does the Fiesta cost?

A: Entry is free!

Q: Can I bring my dog to the Fiesta?

A: While we love our four-legged friends, we ask you leave them home while you enjoy the festival.

Q: I hear there’s great music! Who is performing at the Fiesta?

A: Check out the musical lineup and schedule.

Q: Will there be things for my kids to do?

A: Yes! There’s a Kids Zone with a variety of activities for kids. Past years have included jumpy castles, Fire Department Safe House, fire trucks, art projects and face painting.

Q: What do the proceeds of the Fiesta benefit?

A: Proceeds go to the Kiwanis Club of Los Gatos. A member of Kiwanis International, the club is dedicated to the principles of altruistic service and the building of better communities. Specifically, the Los Gatos organization helps by offering scholarships, supporting local schools, maintaining bike trails and aiding seniors. All funds raised at this event will be returned to the community.

Q: Who produces the Fiesta de Artes?

A: The Kiwanis Club of Los Gatos has been producing the Fiesta since 1996.  Other local non-profit organizations, including DART, Los Gatos Police Explorer Post 504, and Volunteers in Policing participate in the Fiesta by providing volunteers.

Q: What sort of art is at the Fiesta?

A: There are more than 220+ exhibitors featuring fine art and a wide range of California handmade crafts available for purchase. Artists are in their booths to explain their craft and answer your questions.
